Header Welder
The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in industrial equipment manufacturing, specifically for high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers.
Qualifications:
Prior ASME welding experience required.
Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless-steel materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Machinist
Set up, operate, or tend drilling machines to drill, bore, ream, mill, or countersink metal pieces.
Qualifications:
Prior machine shop experience desired
Assembler
Construct, assemble, and build Heat Exchangers.
Qualifications:
Prior assembly experience needed.
Experience using hand tools.
Material Handler
This dual-role position is responsible for managing and handling all warehouse materials and inventory as a Material Handler.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior material handling experience desired.
Experience operating a 1-ton truck with a gooseneck trailer required.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferably Glovia).
Strong understanding of safety practices in warehouse and transportation settings.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Buyer
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and relationships to meet production needs while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance. Collaborate across departments to optimize inventory, streamline procurement, and support overall business goals.
Qualifications:

Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager is tasked with oversee daily operations, vendors, and maintenance for both facilities, managing infrastructure, service contracts, and improvement projects while ensuring a clean, organized environment.
Qualifications:
Prior machine shop experience desired
Senior Accountant
Support finance operations by managing accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare financial reports, assist with month-end close, ensure GL accuracy, and collaborate across departments under company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Prior assembly experience needed.
Experience using hand tools.
Brazer
Braze copper tube and piping to form our heat exchanger headers.
Qualifications:
Prior ASME welding experience required.
Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless-steel materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Director of Quality
The Director of Quality will be responsible for establishing and leading the organization’s quality strategy to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products, strong customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:

Director of R&D
The Director of Research and Development will be responsible for the innovation, design, and advancement of heat transfer equipment and thermal system technologies.
Qualifications:
Prior assembly experience needed.
Experience using hand tools.
Production Manager
This role is critical to ensure efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting project timelines.
Qualifications:
Prior ASME welding experience required.
Strong knowledge of MIG and TIG welding processes.
