Production Oversight

Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the HVAC or heat exchange industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of air-cooled heat exchanger manufacturing processes and materials.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Supervisor Responsibility:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include/hearing protection, and safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes.
