Quality Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute the company’s long-term quality strategy aligned with operational and commercial goals.
Serve as the executive leader responsible for quality culture, standards, and accountability across the organization.
Establish company-wide quality objectives, performance metrics, and governance processes.
Provide leadership, development, and strategic direction for the quality organization.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce defects, improve reliability, and lower the cost of poor quality.
Partner with operations and engineering leadership to improve manufacturing processes, product design quality, and process capability.
Lead structured problem-solving efforts for critical product or process issues.
Champion the use of Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven quality methodologies.
Customer & Market Quality:
Act as the executive quality liaison for key customers on critical quality matters.
Ensure strong processes exist for managing customer complaints, warranty claims, and corrective actions.
Translate customer requirements into internal quality standards and operational practices.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, TEMA, AHRI, ISO).
Oversee safety analysis, pressure vessel compliance, and certification processes.
Maintain adherence to environmental and energy efficiency regulations.
Supplier & Supply Chain Quality:
Establish supplier quality standards and performance expectations.
Partner with supply chain leadership to drive supplier improvement and risk mitigation.
Implement processes for supplier qualifications, monitoring, and development.
Quality Systems & Compliance:
Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Maintain compliance with applicable industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee internal and external audit programs and ensure timely resolution of findings.
Data, Risk Management & Performance:
Develop and monitor quality KPI’s and dashboards.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Drive accountability for quality performance across business units and manufacturing operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical field.
Experience:
10-15 years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
Proven track record leading quality initiatives and driving operational improvement.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain leadership.

This job is based in a manufacturing environment with a combination of office and plant floor responsibilities. This role uses standard office equipment. When in the manufacturing facility, all employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include/hearing protection, and safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes.
